How & when will I receive my rewards?

Sign-up reward: $50 reward for each compatible device type you enroll&mdash;smart thermostat or EV&mdash;in the FlexPower Program.
Participation reward: $25 for residential (per device type enrolled) and $50 for commerical customers for participation in Flex Hours Events each year.

Your $50 sign up reward for the FlexPower Program will be sent to you approximately one week for E-gift cards and 6 to 8 weeks for physical gift cards from the time you receive your program welcome email.

Physical gift card: Your Prepaid MasterCard will be sent to the mailing address associated with your PSE&G Account.

E-gift card: Your virtual gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your enrollment. If you need to update your enrollment email address, please reach out to program support at support@comms.flexpower.pseg.com.
