How & when will I receive my sign-up reward for the FlexPower Program?

Your $50 sign-up reward for the FlexPower Program will be sent to you approximately one week for virtual prepaid cards and 6 to 8 weeks for physical prepaid cards from the time you receive your program welcome email. 

Physical prepaid card: Your Prepaid Visa will be sent to the mailing address associated with your PSE&G Account.

Virtual prepaid card: Your virtual prepaid card will be sent to the email address associated with your enrollment. If you need to update your enrollment email address, please reach out to program support at support@comms.flexpower.pseg.com.
