What are the eligibility requirements for joining the program(s)?

To join the SmartFlex Program:

• You must be a PSE&G New Jersey electric customer.
• Residential customers are eligible if they have a smart meter installed at their home.
• Must not be enrolled in the FlexPower program.

To join the FlexPower Program:

• You must be a PSE&G New Jersey electric customer.
• Residential customers are eligible.
• Small- to medium-sized businesses are eligible if your annual average demand is less than 300 kW.
• You must have a central air conditioner operated by a compatible smart thermostat.
• Must be connected to a reliable, always-on Wi-Fi network.
