How & when will I receive my rewards?

Sign-up reward: $50 reward for each compatible device type you enroll&mdash;smart thermostat or EV&mdash;in the FlexPower Program.
Participation reward: $25 for residential (per device type enrolled) and $50 for commerical customers for participation in Flex Hours Events each year.

Your SmartFlex seasonal reward will be sent to you approximately 1 to 2 weeks for E-gift cards and 6 to 8 weeks for physical gift cards from the time you receive your end of season email.

Physical gift card: Your Prepaid MasterCard will be sent to the mailing address associated with your PSE&G Account.

E-gift card: Your virtual gift card will be sent to the email address you provided in your enrollment application.
