How & when will I receive my SmartFlex seasonal reward?

Sign-up reward: $50 reward for each compatible device type you enroll&mdash;smart thermostat, electric water heater, or EV&mdash;in the FlexPower Program.
Participation reward: $25 for residential (per device type enrolled) and $50 for commerical customers for participation in Flex Hours Events each year.

Your SmartFlex seasonal reward will be sent to you approximately 1 to 2 weeks for virtual prepaid cards and 6 to 8 weeks for physical prepaid cards from the time you receive your end-of-season email.

Physical prepaid card: Your Prepaid Visa will be sent to the mailing address associated with your PSE&G Account.

Virtual prepaid card: Your virtual prepaid card will be sent to the email address you provided in your enrollment application.
