How do I know when Flex Hours Events are happening?

We’ll notify you before each Flex Hours Event to let you know it’s been scheduled and when it will take place.

If you’re enrolled in FlexPower, you’ll be notified via email or text message, based on your selected preferences. If enrolled with a smart thermostat, you may also receive a notification on your thermostat and mobile app (notification details may vary depending on your thermostat brand).

If you’re enrolled in SmartFlex, you’ll get notified via email or text message, based on your selected preferences.

After each event, you’ll also receive an email highlighting the impact your community made by participating, along with a chance to share feedback on how the event went for you.

You can update your notification preferences under the Profile section on the flexpower.pseg.com website.
