Will I be comfortable during Flex Hours Events?

During Flex Hours Events, your thermostat schedule will stay within a few degrees of its usual settings, so if you have a thermostat schedule that accurately reflects your preferences, you shouldn’t become uncomfortable. 

If you become uncomfortable during Flex Hours Events, you can adjust the temperature on your thermostat. If you do, your thermostat will remain at your new temperature, and we will consider the adjustment an election to opt out of the event.
