How long do Flex Hours Events last?

Flex Hours Events typically last up to 4 hours. 

If you are enrolled in FlexPower with a smart thermostat, we may cool your home before events begin in order to make sure that you stay at a comfortable temperature. After Flex Hours Events end, your thermostat schedule goes back to normal, and we will not make any further adjustments until future Flex Hours Events.

If you are enrolled in FlexPower with an electric vehicle, your vehicle charging will be paused during the event hours. After Flex Hours Events end, your vehicle charging goes back to normal based on your configured charging preferences, and we will not make any further adjustments until future Flex Hours Events.

If you are enrolled in SmartFlex, you can participate in the Flex Hours Events by actively reducing your energy usage for the duration of the event.
